My People is a one person business working from home, and offers online store only.

When will my order arrive / how long does shipping take?
Order withouth pre-order items will be shipped within 3-5 days after purchasing. Once shipped, depending on where you are shipping can take up to 2-3 days (Germany) and 7 days (Europe).

How do I exchange items on my order?
Exchanges are accepted only if the items are unworn, UNBROKEN, not damaged and unwashed.

Return shipment are not covered/paid. I advise you to consider sending your package registered / insured / trackable

When will my pre-order be shipped?
Your pre-order will be shipped according with the information linked on the product. Delays in the manufacturing process may happen, and sadly there is nothing I can do about it. I'll always aim to ship your order as soon as possible upon arrival..

Can I combine orders / add items to an already existing order to save on shipping costs?
I am not able to make any changes to already existing orders. If your order hasn't been processed yet, I could still cancel it so that you can place a new order containing all the items you wish to purchase.
